- 1/4 cup brisket Rub
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Two cups of beef stock
- Red wine, 1 cup
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 onion roughly chopped
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
